Even though I hardly used the glasses and took good care of them, they ended up cracking from the frame. Once again, your service team blamed it on "user error." I hadn't even noticed any major harm. Don't high-quality glasses withstand regular use? I put a lot of money into these glasses, but I ended up feeling really disappointed.
