Ray-Ban Glasses Frame Snaps, Warranty Rejected

I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from Atasun Optik's Polatlı Kartal Tepe branch. Unfortunately, the metal earpiece frame broke, rendering the glasses unusable. To my utter disbelief, my warranty claim was denied.

I am baffled by the breakage of the metal frame on a Ray-Ban product. I specifically chose Atasun Optik for its reputation for quality products and reliable customer service, hoping for a seamless experience for myself and my family. However, my trust has been shattered by this incident.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Atasun Optik's refusal to honor the warranty is unacceptable.
