I saw that there were blisters on the exterior of my Ray-Ban, and the number of them has been growing each day. When I took them back to the store where I had purchased them, the employees there informed me that the warranty had already ended and that they were unable to assist me in any way other than offering to repair the glasses for a price of 1,500 TL. I have taken very good care of my glasses and have avoided getting any moisture on them at all costs. It cannot be tolerated that this firm places such little importance on the happiness of its customers. What options do I have now? I insist on a more effective answer to this predicament. This kind of subpar service during the warranty period must not be accepted.
