Ray-Ban Declined My Warranty Request On the Most Unreasonable Grounds

A pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses I bought from Atasun have a noticeable flaw, and to be honest, the quality is below what I expect from Ray-Ban. Things can go wrong from time to time, and that's why excellent customer service is so important. Considering my past interactions with them, this is of utmost importance. For many years, you have been my go-to source for eyewear; I have purchased no less than seven pairs of sunglasses and frames from you. Since this is my first experience with an issue, I must admit that I am somewhat disappointed. The thing is, I bought these Ray-Bans with the intention of giving them to Atasun Assurance. You can rest easy knowing that you'll stand behind your products with that program. However, that serenity is currently absent. Why should a loyal customer like me keep shopping with Atasun if they won't stand behind this issue? restore my faith in the quality of Ray-Ban products and your shop
