Rayban Refused Warranty for Scratched Lens on My RB 0840S Sunglasses

I purchased the Ray-Ban RB 0840S 901/31 51 model from an official store. Unfortunately, the lens got scratched within a short period, even though I’ve been using it with great care. I have never experienced such rapid wear with any other sunglasses I’ve owned before. What’s more concerning is that the lens—despite being a replaceable part—is not covered under warranty and can only be replaced through the distributor at an unreasonably high cost of ₺2300. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and more accessible after-sales support from a global brand like Ray-Ban. I kindly ask you to consider offering fair and affordable solutions for customers who trust and invest in your products.
