I took flight ESB 3136251 from Sidney to Ankara on April 26, 2023, with Qatar Airways. When I got to Ankara Esenboğa Airport on April 27, 2023, I saw that my luggage had been damaged while it was being loaded. I told the airport staff about the problem and filled out a report. The airline told me they would pay me a small amount of $18, which I reluctantly accepted. They also asked for more paperwork, which I sent right away. They haven't made the payment or given any new information, though. I haven't been able to reach the designated contact person at the number given. I'm upset with Qatar Airways, which is a well-known airline, and I need my problem to be fixed quickly.
