Netflix Charged Me After I Paused My Subscription
I paused my Netflix Basic subscription to make sure I would not be charged for the following month. During the pause process, I received a message confirming that my account would be paused on July 16. Despite this confirmation, Netflix still charged my account approximately $4 for this month's subscription.
To make matters worse, my account is not functioning properly, even though I was charged for the service. Being told that my membership would be paused while still being billed has left me paying for a service I cannot properly use.
I request a full refund of the $4 that was charged without my knowledge or authorization. I also ask Netflix to review my account to ensure the pause request is correctly applied and to prevent any similar billing issues in the future.
