Netflix Double Charged My Credit Card Every Month
While reviewing my Yapı Kredi Bank credit card statements, I discovered that I was charged twice every month for my Netflix subscription from September 2025 through May 2026, inclusive. For each of those nine months, an additional $8 was charged to my credit card, meaning I was billed twice for the same monthly subscription.
As soon as I noticed the duplicate charges, I contacted Netflix customer support. Despite multiple conversations, I was unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution, and no clear solution was provided regarding reimbursement of the duplicate payments.
I request that Netflix thoroughly review my billing history for the relevant period, identify all duplicate charges made to my credit card, and issue a full refund for every extra $8 monthly charge. My credit card statements showing the duplicate transactions are attached as supporting evidence.
