Qatar Airways Damaged My Luggage and Ignored My Compensation Request

On November 17, 2024, my luggage was damaged during my Qatar Airways flight from Doha to Ankara. I reported the issue to Havaş, where a damage report was filed and forwarded to Qatar Airways. Shortly afterward, the airline requested my bank details via email to process compensation.

Despite providing the requested information and sending multiple follow-up emails, my issue remains unresolved. The compensation amount is just $40, yet Qatar Airways has failed to address this simple matter. I have also been unable to reach them via phone.

This lack of accountability and customer care is deeply disappointing. I kindly request Qatar Airways to resolve this issue promptly and compensate me for the damage caused. Thank you.
