Netflix Charged My Card Without a Subscription

I recently discovered that my debit card has been charged $8 every month for several months with the description "Netflix.com Los Gatos NL", even though I never authorized these payments. According to my bank records, the recurring charges began on March 19, 2026, and have continued every month without my knowledge or consent.

I have never started a Netflix subscription associated with these charges, nor did I approve any recurring payments. At this point, I have not yet filed an official complaint with either my bank or Netflix, but I want to make it clear that these transactions were completely unauthorized.

I request a full refund of every unauthorized charge made to my debit card under the description "Netflix.com Los Gatos NL." I also ask that any subscription or payment method associated with these charges be identified and canceled immediately to ensure that no further unauthorized charges are made in the future.
