FILA Sneakers From Deichmann Fell Apart in 20 Days and Denied Warranty
On April 17, 2025, we purchased FILA 1833-3007 sneakers from the Deichmann Viaport Kurtköy store. My 9-year-old son used them at school during his 4th grade year, and he wore them for a total of no more than 20 days. However, the shoes were severely damaged and fell apart within a month. On May 18, 2025, less than 30 days later, we contacted the store with the invoice (No: 1BL2025000006853) and the product. The product was returned with the inspection slip number 556646. We contacted the store representative, explained the issue in detail, and requested assistance. However, upon inspection, the product was returned to us due to "user error." However, the shoes are still under warranty, and it's unacceptable that they should have suffered such damage in such a short time and with such little use.
