Deichmann Fila Kids’ Sneakers Fell Apart in Less Than a Month, Refused Warranty Claim

I purchased a pair of FILA model 1833-3007 sneakers for my 9-year-old son on April 17, 2025, from the Deichmann Viaport Kurtköy store. My son only wore them to school for about 20 days in total, yet the shoes started falling apart and showed extreme wear and tear in less than a month.
On May 18, 2025, before even 30 days had passed, I returned to the store with the shoes and the invoice (No: 1BL2025000006853). The product was submitted under inspection ticket number 556646. I explained the issue in detail to the store staff and asked for support. However, after their so-called inspection, the result came back as “user fault”, and the damaged shoes were simply handed back to me.
This explanation is unacceptable. A product that deteriorates so quickly with such limited use clearly indicates a manufacturing defect, not customer misuse. The sneakers were purchased under warranty, and Deichmann has a responsibility to stand behind the quality of the products it sells.
I demand an exchange or replacement of this defective pair. I expect Deichmann to resolve this issue promptly and not dismiss legitimate customer complaints so easily.
