Puma Jerseys I Bought From GS Store Were Inconsistent in Size and I Had Poor Support

At GS Store, especially with Puma-branded jerseys, there are major inconsistencies in the sizes of items labeled the same. For example, the 3XL professional home jersey (₺5,999) and the 3XL fan jersey (₺2,999) differ in width by 10 cm. One measures 71 cm, the other 60 cm. While the products are essentially the same, the fabrics differ. Both jerseys are labeled "US 3XL - CA 3TG - EU 3XL," with no mention of whether they are "regular fit" or "slim fit." Despite adhering to international size standards, when comparing two 3XL or 2XL jerseys, the sizes don't match. I’m unsure if this is an error from Puma or GS Store.

I faced this issue: I tried on the 3XL fan jersey at GS Store, and it fit perfectly. However, the professional version was only available online. I ordered it, expecting the same size since both were made by Puma. Unfortunately, the professional jersey was much smaller, even though it was labeled 3XL—it felt more like an XL. GS Store’s return process is notoriously difficult. During the ordeal, I contacted Puma’s customer service to inquire about the size discrepancy. Their response was, "We are not responsible for items sold at GS Store, and there is nothing we can do." I was confused about how this could happen—Puma manufactures the product, and GS Store sells it. But Puma's representative said, "Puma assumes no responsibility for products sold by GS Store or any other retailer; this is not our issue."

After 20 days of back-and-forth, I finally managed to return the jersey to GS Store. Unfortunately, I am left without a jersey and am deeply dissatisfied with the experience. I was also disappointed that Puma customer service dismissed my concerns so easily. In conclusion, I advise caution when purchasing Puma products online or from GS Store. Despite the international size labels, significant differences in actual measurements exist.

Dear Puma, I wish you had read my complaint more carefully before responding. I did not request a refund or an investigation from you. I purchased a Puma product. This product has your size label according to world standards. However, the measurements do not match the specified size. You have manufactured a product that carries your brand, but despite printing your global standard measurements on it, the measurements do not match. Is it the case that when someone buys a 3XL product from you, the measurements differ for each item? I wanted to contact you to understand how this situation occurs. However, you responded by saying that even though you manufactured the product, it is not your responsibility, and you will not provide any information. Now I ask you, I may have purchased your product from a store. However, since you manufactured that product, you are responsible for any manufacturing defects. As a consumer, I can request a replacement through the place I bought it from or directly from you... When an X brand car is purchased, is the dealership responsible? When an X brand air conditioner is purchased, is the seller responsible? The manufacturer is responsible. You produced a faulty product. The size standards on the product you manufactured do not comply. You are responsible for this. You are a global brand, but you do not stand behind your product like a global brand. The product you manufactured is defective. It does not match your size measurements. If you are printing global standard measurements on it, they should be the same everywhere in the world for every product, unless you have specified regular or slim fit. As Puma, you do not use standard sizes in the GS products' jerseys. Everyone shopping online needs to know this... I returned my product to GS Store... This is likely an issue of a faulty product between you. But as consumers, we observed the following: You do not produce standard products for GS Store, and when there is a manufacturing issue with the product you sold, you do not address it. You have already stated this in your message.
