My Puma Shoes Fell Apart Within a Year




The Puma shoes I bought in April 2023 irritated me as the left toe ripped off before the first year was over, and the inside heels of both sets were severely worn. Puma denied any manufacturing flaws, even when we contacted them for inspection. Afterwards, I requested a heel inspection, which Puma confirmed. Nevertheless, I have yet to receive a reply, and it's been more than 30 days. Despite calling customer support twice, no action has been performed. I have been unable to wear the shoes for approximately 1.5 months, and all of these requests were submitted before the one-year milestone.
