bought these shoes from the Puma website on January 2nd, 2023, haven't really worn them much, but I noticed some tears in the inner heel parts. wanted to get a warranty inspection done, but they told me that I could only make a claim by uploading pictures. I filled out the warranty form twice, but unfortunately, both times it got rejected without any clear reasons. It's like even the customer service reps don't know why these rejections are happening. So, I had this idea to send the product for a physical inspection, but they told me that they don't accept returns like that for online purchases. It's interesting how they can determine if there's no manufacturing defect just by looking at photos. I was hoping that Puma would support their product and offer some kind of repair. I'm feeling frustrated and dissatisfied because Puma customer service hasn't been helpful.
