Pull and Bear Refused My Return Due to a System Error and Invalid Return Code
On March 11 at 16:55, I generated a return code, but it was invalid, preventing me from completing the return at the courier branch on March 18. However, your system did not allow me to create a new return code. When I contacted Pull and Bear customer service, I was told that the 7-business-day period had expired and that the 30-day purchase window had passed. However, weekends are not business days, and it is not my fault that I couldn't process the return over the weekend. It is unacceptable for me to be penalized due to a system error. I request that this issue be resolved by providing me with a new return code or processing my return. Otherwise, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
