Photo Grid Free Trial Triggered Unauthorized Charge on App Store

On October 20, 2025, I initiated the 3-day free trial of the Photo Grid app through the App Store on my iPhone 14 Plus. However, without any approval or prior notification, an amount of $43 was charged to my credit card ending in 9588. I only wanted to try the app, and this charge occurred immediately after starting the free trial.

I canceled the subscription through the App Store, and the cancellation appears as completed. I also tried to contact Apple customer support, but I was unable to get any result. I have never experienced a problem like this before, and this situation has caused me inconvenience.

I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged and confirmation that my subscription has been completely canceled.
