Caudalie Vinopure Caused Breakouts and Oily Skin

On December 10, based on the recommendation of a pharmacist at a pharmacy in Konya, I purchased Caudalie Vinopure Facial Cleansing Gel and Caudalie SPF 50 Stick Sunscreen. The pharmacist spoke very highly of the brand and especially this line, and even created a full skincare routine using other products; however, I only purchased these two items.
After starting to use the products, I have been cleansing my face morning and evening with the Vinopure facial wash for about five days. Shortly after beginning use, a large and painful pimple appeared on my forehead, and new breakouts started forming on my cheeks. I also began experiencing a noticeable oily feeling on my skin. Thinking this oily sensation might be caused by the Caudalie SPF 50 stick sunscreen, I stopped using the sunscreen after two days; however, the oily feeling is still present on my skin.
I am unsure whether this situation is a so-called “purging process” or whether it is caused by an ingredient that is completely unsuitable for my skin, even though the pharmacist performed a skin analysis and recommended these products. However, experiencing such results from a brand that was so highly praised and confidently recommended has seriously failed to meet my expectations. I am concerned about the breakouts and persistent oiliness on my skin.
I request that Caudalie provide clear information regarding whether these products are suitable for my skin type and, if necessary, guide me properly or refer me to a specialist or dermatologist who can advise me on the safest and most appropriate course of action for my skin.
