Caudalie Resveratrol-Lift Day Cream Caused Burning and Acne

I have been using the Caudalie Resveratrol-Lift Jour Day Cachemire Cream regularly for about one week, and since I started using it, I have begun experiencing serious skin problems. From the moment I apply the cream, my face immediately becomes red and I feel an intense burning sensation. In addition, although I had never had acne issues before, every time I apply the cream, sudden breakouts appear on my chin, upper lip, cheeks, and upper cheek area.

I purchased this product on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from Çukurambar Elif Ulutaş Pharmacy, believing it would help improve my skin and support my skincare routine. However, instead of improving my skin, the product has seriously damaged it; the burning sensation has increased over time, and new acne forms with every use. During this period, I did not try any other new products, and I am now absolutely certain that my complaints are directly caused by this cream.

So far, I have not consulted a doctor or contacted the brand’s customer service about this issue; however, due to this negative experience, it is no longer possible for me to continue using the product. Because of the damage it caused to my skin and the disappointment I experienced, I am requesting a refund for this product purchased from the pharmacy. I kindly ask that my complaint be taken into consideration and that the process be concluded in a way that resolves my grievance.
