PhotoGrid Subscription Fee Taken After App Store Cancellation
On October 26, I was using the free trial version of the PhotoGrid app through the App Store. On the third day of the trial, again on October 26, I cancelled my subscription via the App Store. However, on the same day, $43 was charged to my account without any warning or notification. Being charged despite having canceled the subscription has caused me significant inconvenience.
The last four digits of my Apple ID are 8220, and the device I use is an iPhone 15. So far, I have been unable to reach either PhotoGrid or App Store customer support, and I have also been unable to find clear information on how to request a refund.
I am requesting that the $43 charged to my account be refunded to me as soon as possible.
