Pull And Bear Does Not Give Refunds And There is No Contact Person

We still haven't gotten the stuff we ordered, and they still haven't given us our money back like they said they would. Also, I've been trying to reach out to Pull and Bear on WhatsApp about the problem, but they haven't responded at all. I can't even understand how someone could be so careless. It feels like we're totally being ignored. But hey, if they don't give me my refund soon, I'm totally ready to go all out and complain to CİMER. I'll even back it up with proof like my shipping invoice and product receipt. I really hope Pull and Bear deals with this ASAP because the current situation is totally not cool and super annoying. Thanks! I hope this gets resolved quickly.
