Honda HR-V Brake Disc Damage Within 2 Months of Purchase

On January 16, 2016, I purchased my brand-new Honda HR-V from the Honda Marmara Beylikdüzü dealership in Istanbul. Within less than two months of ownership, I noticed visible scratches forming on the brake discs. In addition, an unpleasant noise began occurring whenever I pressed the brakes. Experiencing both brake disc damage and noise issues in such a short time on a brand-new vehicle was extremely disappointing and raised serious safety concerns.
For this reason, I contacted the authorized service center. However, I was told that the scratches on the brake discs were caused by external factors and would not be covered under warranty, and that only a paid repair could be offered. Despite using the vehicle carefully and as intended, attributing the issue to user error and requesting payment did not seem fair to me.
As a customer, my expectation from a brand like Honda is that a brake system issue arising so soon after purchase should not be blamed on the user. I request that the brake discs—and any related components causing this issue—be replaced free of charge under warranty. I ask that this matter be re-evaluated and that my grievance be resolved.
