On 05.01.2025, I placed an online order for two pairs of jeans on the Pull&Bear website, totaling ₺1644.95. One item was advertised as discounted from ₺1,090 to ₺760, and the other from ₺1,190 to ₺840. The screenshots reflecting these prices are visible in my account. On 16.01.2025, I received the products, but the official label prices on both items matched the so-called "discounted" prices. What kind of consumer deception is this? It raises serious ethical concerns about misleading customers by falsely presenting the real price as a discount to encourage sales. As consumers, it is our responsibility to speak up against such practices and demand our rights. I strongly believe this type of misleading behavior is not tolerated in global stores. I request this issue be addressed publicly and expect a thorough explanation.
