I observed that certain areas of my Profilo refrigerator's door have started to decay. I reached out to customer service and they dispatched a technician who promised to follow up with me. They later stated that it was due to user error and informed me that I would be responsible for the cost of a replacement. I told the technician that I had experienced the same problem with my washing machine and that I believed the company had used low-quality materials. I inquired why my Altus dishwasher did not experience the same issue and why it was not deemed a user error. As my product is still under warranty, I request that the faulty parts and the entire product be replaced as per the warranty policy.
