I purchased a Regal brand refrigerator and washing machine 22-23 months ago. Since the products were brand new, I did not feel the need to check any parts. After some time passed, I woke up at night to get water and noticed a slight light reflection on the wall when I closed the refrigerator door. Upon inspection, I realized that the bottom left corner of the refrigerator door was slightly open.
I requested a repair from the authorized service center. Despite multiple repair attempts, the refrigerator door is now in worse condition. During the last repair, I initially requested a replacement, but the technician insisted on performing another repair. They promised to extend my warranty by 1 year if the repair was unsuccessful. Based on this assurance, I agreed to the repair. When the technicians came for the last repair, they replaced the door gasket and told me not to open the door for 2 hours.
After the time passed, we opened and closed the door and noticed it was even more open than before. Despite continuous repair attempts, we faced the same issue. I requested a replacement again from the authorized service center, but they still insist on doing another repair. The repairs have been consistently unsuccessful, yet they continue to push for more repairs. The refrigerator is leaking air, which is also damaging the motor. Despite being aware of this, they have not resolved my issue and are not being helpful.
I deeply regret purchasing these products. The washing machine also does not clean well, and during some cycles, it changes position. No one has been able to resolve our issues. I am extremely disappointed with Regal's lack of support and resolution for these persistent problems.

"We continue our story with the slogan "Why should it be with Vestel if it didn't work out." They wrote a response here saying they are interested in the story, etc., but no one called, emailed, came, or went. So, we were left with what we wrote here. Gradually, I will share the problems we experienced with other products as well. Please think not twice but ten times before buying Vestel. It looks like a high-quality product with a polished exterior, but in fact, they sell problematic products of the lowest quality. Vestel is regret. You are literally humiliated with your money. They also do everything to extend the warranty period. Vestel is regret."
