My Profilo Stainless Steel Fridge Rusts - Warranty Denied




Hello, approximately 3 years ago, we purchased a Profilo refrigerator from a dealer in Bodrum. It was sold to us as stainless steel. After 5-6 months, it started rusting. We also noticed it wasn't cooling adequately. We spoke with Profilo representatives, who sent a technician. They inspected and claimed that the rust on both the top and bottom covers was due to environmental factors or user error, not covered by warranty. They admitted that using the cheapest paint and materials to reduce costs caused the fridge to rust. They offered to replace the fridge doors for a fee initially set at ₺8000, which later reduced to ₺6800. We refused and stated our intent to exercise our legal rights. They're outright victimizing people by selling defective and low-quality goods without taking responsibility.
