Attention Profilo authorities, the paint on the handle of my refrigerator, which I purchased 3 years ago, has peeled off and rusted. When I called for service, I was told it's user error. Are we not supposed to use the handle? This product is under warranty. How is it acceptable anywhere in the world for a refrigerator to rust within 3 years? Profilo, I am addressing you; you use low-quality paint to cut costs and then blame the customer. This is unacceptable. Either replace my product or I will exercise all my legal rights, and everyone will witness it. Additionally, all the food in my fridge is spoiling. I will file a lawsuit for compensation for the spoiled food weekly.
