On June 17, 2023, I bought a Profilo bd2086wfxn 641-liter fridge. It started having cooling problems just 10 days after I bought it. Even though I did what the service center told me to do, the problem still exists. In the last 4–5 days, the refrigerator has stopped cooling at all, so the food inside has gone bad. We told the service center about the problem right away, and on July 12, 2023, they hooked up the device to test it. During this time, my goods have already been ruined. When we asked customer service for a replacement unit, they said they didn't have any and would let us know as soon as they got one. All of my stock has been affected, and the service center keeps putting off testing. Even though it's been 20 days since the fridge broke, we still haven't gotten a replacement, which is making us even more upset. I'm begging the authorities for help right away.
