1win 800 USDT Solana Deposit Confirmed on Blockchain But Never Credited to Account

I am a registered user of the 1win platform and I am filing a formal complaint regarding the non-delivery of services and the unjustified retention of my funds. On May 28, 2026, at 17:09, I completed a deposit of 800 USDT using the Solana network to fund my account. The transaction was sent from my wallet (address starting with 19Ta...dveo). According to the Solana blockchain explorer, the transaction status is clearly marked as “Succeeded”. Despite this confirmed transaction, my 1win account balance remains unchanged and the 800 USDT has not been credited to my main balance, which is where my deposits normally appear. As a result, I have been prevented from using the platform’s services that I intended to access with these funds, while 1win continues to hold my money without reflecting it on my account. I consider this situation to be a serious violation of my consumer rights and of basic financial transparency, as there is clear cryptographic proof that the funds were transferred successfully to 1win’s designated address but the platform has not fulfilled its obligation to credit my balance. I demand that the relevant finance or technical department urgently and manually verify this transaction on the Solana blockchain and immediately credit the full amount of 800 USDT to my main 1win balance without any further delay. I also request a clear written confirmation once the amount has been credited so that this dispute can be considered resolved.

The problem has been successfully resolved. After I published this complaint, the finance team manually reviewed the Solana network records and confirmed the receipt of my transfer. They admitted there was a technical synchronization delay on their payment gateway. The 800 USDT has now been successfully added to my platform balance, and the case can be closed.
