Siemens Refused My Extended Warranty Request Made One Day Before Expiration
I wanted to request an extended warranty for my Siemens dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, and stovetop — all with just one day remaining on their existing warranties — but I was told that this could not be processed. On 05/16/2026, I called the customer service center and was informed that my request would be reviewed and that I would be contacted, yet the extended warranty was never actually added. I consider it unjust that my request was not fulfilled despite the fact that I applied before the warranties had fully expired. I am requesting that Siemens review this situation and process the extended warranty for all of these products, given that their warranty periods were still active on the date I submitted my request.
