Hello, since September 2, 2023, my Samsung RT46K600S8 refrigerator has been cooling at 12-15 degrees. The service initially replaced some parts, but the freezer then failed. The sensors were then replaced, but the cooling issue persisted. The appliance was removed from my home by the service. I requested a similar fridge as a replacement because it had been more than 10 business days. They returned my fridge the next day, claiming it was operational, but it began cooling at 20 degrees. They provided a temperature monitoring device and admitted the problem after 24 hours. They replaced the sensors once more, but my refrigerator still does not cool properly. The service is unresponsive, and since September 23, 2023, customer service has promised a service visit. They violate the warranty terms for a guaranteed product and avoid providing proper service. If I return the appliance, they say I'll have to pay for the invoice. The invoice value is worthless for a product I purchased just two years ago with the intention of using it for at least ten years. For the past 26 days, Samsung has failed to resolve my issue and has not even offered a solution suggestion. I demand that the appliance be replaced and that I be compensated for the days that went beyond the initial 10 business days.

For 2 weeks, your solution center has neither proposed any solution nor provided any guidance. Finally, today a service technician came with a thermometer, measured the refrigerator's temperature as 12 degrees, and left again after placing a recording device. A replacement device for the one that has been problematic since the 2nd of the month still has not arrived.

The service came to my house 5 times, on 2 occasions they left a thermometer that records data, after the first one the sensor was replaced. I still haven't learned the result of the second one. Today marks the end of 20 business days. You don't have a policy of providing a replacement device after 10 business days. I am attaching the service receipt."
