Profilo's Web Size Information Doesn't Match The Fridge Shipped

On July 20, 2023, I purchased the BD3055IFVN model refrigerator from Profilo's online store. However, the dimensions of the refrigerator received do not match those specified on the website. It is more than 5 cm shallower, as well as narrower and taller. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, they have yet to arrive to pick up the refrigerator. Every time I call, they claim that my return request is being reviewed, causing me to miss the 14-day deadline. They promised me an unconditional return policy, but they never came to collect the refrigerator. They abandoned me during the hot summer days. I will file a complaint against Profilo for their false sales tactics and lack of post-sale support to get rid of this fridge, whether through the Consumer Arbitration Board or the courts. Profilo's incorrect product information and negligence have left me deeply disappointed.
