After Changing a Part, My PROFILO Refrigerator Still Has Problems
I am extremely frustrated with my PROFILO refrigerator, which had its thermostat and control board replaced on August 23, 2023. Since then, we've been facing ongoing problems, forcing us to eat out for the past two weeks because the fridge is still not working. We can't store any food at home, which has been a major inconvenience. All our home appliances are from PROFILO, and unfortunately, they have all been disappointing. If you don't want to deal with such a hassle and poor quality, I strongly suggest spending a bit more to choose a different brand. Avoid the same regret I'm experiencing with PROFILO appliances.
