Profilo Washing Machine Makes Loud Noise and Service Is Unresponsive

Hello, I bought a Profilo brand washing machine in 2021. I have been using it for 3 years without any problems, but for the last month, my machine started making a very loud noise while spinning. About 10-15 days ago, I called customer service and requested service. The representative said I would be called, but no one called or asked. I request that my machine be examined by the service and if there is a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced with a new one. Regarding this issue, although I am disturbed by the noise my machine makes, I also receive complaints from my building. I hope the problem is resolved as soon as possible.

On 31.12.2024, the Technical Service came and examined my washing machine. Four errors were found in the machine. The drum, door gasket, front body, and detergent drawer are malfunctioning. I called customer service in the presence of the technical service. I spoke with representative Mr. Samet, then Mr. Ali, and Ms. Nazlı from the General Directorate, respectively. They stated that they would assess the situation and get back to me. I am waiting for the evaluation result.

I received a response from the General Directorate today. They requested a 5000 TL part replacement fee for the defective product, which I did not accept. It's a shame; my family and I have been using Profilo for over 40 years, but I won't bring it into my home again. I will take the matter to legal proceedings. Profilo is a regret.

As of today, I have applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I will be sharing the result with you when it arrives.

A response was made today regarding the issue. They say our repair offer of 5000 TL is valid if you want. They say you might have made the mistake. What you did for the defective product is a shame. I have nothing more to say. From now on, the law will decide. We will wait and see.

This time, the washing machine started having a spinning problem. On 13/01/2025, the technical service came again. I was told that if I continue to use it this way, a fire could occur. After this process, all responsibility is on Profilo, hopefully, there won't be any issues. You should think ten times before buying Profilo.
