My Profilo washing machine’s warranty expired three months ago, and when it stopped working, I contacted the service center. During the inspection, they determined that the motherboard was faulty and quoted a steep replacement cost of ₺12,000. When I reached out to Profilo’s customer service, they said the fee could be reduced to ₺8,000 as a gesture of goodwill. Although I accept partial responsibility for the electrical failure, it doesn’t make sense that I’ve had two motherboard or cable failures in just three years. Seeing similar complaints on your website made me realize I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. A similar problem occurred the year I first bought the machine, when the internal wiring completely burned out, and it had to be replaced. Now, shortly after the warranty expired, I’m facing another major malfunction. The repair is being handled by the service center in Denizli Merkezefendi (service number: 3137117). I haven’t made any payments yet, and while I no longer expect anything from the Profilo brand, I want to express my frustration with the repeated breakdowns of their products in such a short period.
