Bosch KGP86AWCON Refrigerator Cooling and Freezer Issues, Poor Service Response

I purchased a Bosch KGP86AWCON refrigerator on August 8, 2024, and it has had cooling and freezer issues since. We contacted the authorized service, and they came to install 3 monitoring devices inside the fridge. They instructed us to keep these devices in the fridge for 3 days. Although the thermometer inside the fridge showed 2 degrees, their devices indicated 10 degrees. Despite this discrepancy, the service team claimed there were no issues. In reality, the fridge isn’t cooling properly; it feels like we are drinking warm water. Neither the authorized service nor the main customer service has taken any action to resolve this. Frankly, I am very disappointed with both Bosch as a brand and their service.
