On January 23, 2025, at 10:00 PM, I visited the Starbucks branch at Avenue Mall. Before even placing my order, the staff rudely informed me that they would be closing at 11:00 PM. I proceeded with my order, but when my coffee was brought to the table, it was slammed down without a word—no "enjoy your drink," nothing.
To make matters worse, the staff immediately started cleaning up around us, making it clear they wanted us to leave. While I was waiting, I also noticed that they treated the next customer just as poorly. The employee responsible was short, had black hair, and a darker complexion.
This kind of disrespectful behavior is unacceptable at a global brand like Starbucks. I expect better customer service training and an immediate response from management. Customers deserve to feel welcome, not rushed out the door before closing time!
