PayPal Withdrawal Missing, Refund Request and Investigation

I would like to report a problem I experienced with a person named Ronny M*** regarding a PayPal withdrawal. On 19/10/2026 I requested a withdrawal of 40 USD that should have been sent via PayPal, but until now I have not received any money in my PayPal account. I live in Canada and I was expecting the 40 USD to be transferred without problems. Since the withdrawal was not completed and no payment has arrived, I am worried about what happened to this transaction and whether I have been misled. I request that the missing amount of 40 USD be refunded to me as soon as possible and that this issue be investigated so that I can receive my money.
