Yves Rocher Employees Prevented Me from Buying Products During a Discount

December 3, 2024 11:05 AM77

On December 1, 2024, at 6:00 PM, I visited the Yves Rocher store in Mersin Palm City to purchase products. However, the staff there seemed to go out of their way not to sell products and behaved unpleasantly. Despite discounts being available, they told us, “Go today and come back tomorrow; there will be discounts then,” effectively preventing us from making a purchase. This is the second time I’ve been unable to buy products with my own money at this store. It’s unacceptable for employees of such a globally renowned brand to behave so poorly and discourage customers from purchasing. I request that the camera footage be reviewed as we were subjected to very unpleasant behavior, which left me feeling humiliated alongside my friend. They even explicitly said, “We’re not selling products,” which is extremely inappropriate. I demand that this matter be investigated as I cannot shop due to the staff’s attitude, and this has happened twice at the same location. In contrast, I’ve never encountered such behavior at other branches of the same brand. Despite the distance, I’m now forced to visit the city center branch. I’ve been a loyal user of this brand’s products, but due to the actions of the employees, I’m considering no longer purchasing from Yves Rocher. Please address this issue promptly, as I don’t want to leave a store in tears feeling humiliated. This is the service industry, and if there’s a reason you’re not selling products, it should be clearly communicated.
