My Little Caesars Order Delayed and Canceled
On April 27, 2024, at 11:59 p.m., I ordered pizza through the Yemeksepeti app. The projected time was 30 to 35 minutes. However, after waiting for around 1-1.5 hours, I decided to contact them. I phoned customer support to explain the situation. They told me they'd contact the branch and get back to me. After a little delay, they informed me that they were unable to reach the branch and escalated the situation to the area manager, who assured me that the branch will contact me. After another 15-20 minutes, I called back. Customer support advised me that they were unable to reach the branch, filed a complaint, and offered to cancel my order before hanging up the phone. I was not told about why the order was confirmed or why there was a delay. I waited around 2 hours, during which time I could have bought from somewhere else. I expect to be contacted about this situation.
