Unsatisfactory Service From Getir And Pizza Hut Flyinn Branch

Dear Getir and Pizza Hut Flyinn Branch Authorities, On the 17th of October, 2023, at 18:08, I placed an order through the Getir platform from the Pizza Hut Flyinn branch. However, approximately 35-40 minutes later, my order was marked as "delivered". Despite this indication, no delivery was made to my residence. When I contacted Getir customer service about the issue, I was informed that my order was still on its way and, due to this, a refund could not be issued. However, this information does not change the fact that my order was mistakenly marked as "delivered". This kind of misleading situation is a problem I've encountered before, and unfortunately, it appears to be a method employed to avoid issuing refunds. When my order eventually arrived, I noticed that the products delivered by Pizza Hut were cold. I feel seriously aggrieved due to the negative experiences I've had with both Getir and Pizza Hut. As a customer, I request compensation for this situation and expect measures to be taken to ensure that such problems do not occur in the future.
