Another 25 minutes passed, and I called customer service again, this time to inquire about my order status. Once again, I was told it had been delivered. When I insisted it hadn't, they contacted the restaurant and informed me that my order was indeed with the courier. Frustration growing, I sensed something was seriously amiss and asked for a refund. They told me that if I refused the order upon delivery, it would be automatically canceled, and I'd be refunded within 14 days. Losing trust in their promises, I warned them that I would involve the authorities if their courier arrived at my doorstep. It's safe to say this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.
