My Pizza Hut Order Delayed Over an Hour

We placed an order from Pizza Hut through Yemeksepeti. When ordering, the estimated delivery time was listed as 20–35 minutes. However, even one hour after placing the order, the status still showed that it was being prepared. The note also said that the courier was “on the way to the restaurant.” When I checked the help center, it claimed that there was heavy traffic in my area.
I have no way of knowing which of these three conflicting explanations is actually causing the delay—is my order ready but sitting and getting cold while waiting for a courier? Is it still being prepared? Or is the courier actually stuck in traffic? Since there is no customer service line or live chat I can reach, I am left completely in the dark.
This is my first and last order from Pizza Hut, and also my last time using Yemeksepeti.
