I placed an order for a pizza, but for some reason, it never showed up. I even ended up canceling the order due to an emergency, but then I noticed that I was still charged for it on my card. So, I thought, okay, maybe I can just change the delivery address to where I am now. But that just made things worse.I spent what felt like forever on the phone with them, explaining the situation over and over again. They kept telling me they were looking into it, but still, no pizza arrived. It's just so frustrating because I was charged for something I never received, and then when I tried to fix it, it seemed like they couldn't get their act together to actually deliver it.I was really counting on that pizza, and now I'm out of pocket for something I didn't even get to enjoy. It's just not right.
