Pizza Hut Order Cancelation Request Ignored

My recent Pizza Hut order became a frustrating experience owing to an unresolved cancellation issue. I attempted to cancel my order right away, but the process failed, and the order was listed as delivered despite never arriving.

I phoned Pizza Hut customer service several times but was unable to receive a decent response. They claimed that the restaurant had cancelled the order, yet the system still showed it as delivered.

As a result, I was forced to pay for an order that never arrived. When I visited the Pizza Hut branch in person, they recognized the cancellation request but were unable to correct the matter in their system.
