Pizza Hut App Issues and Customer Service Nightmare

I made two orders on the app about a month ago, but unfortunately, both of them got canceled because the store was closed. I still haven't gotten my money back for either of my orders. I've reached out to customer service several times, and they've informed me that it may take up to 10 days for the refund process. Whenever I give them a call, I always receive the same response without any reference number for my issue.
I'm really let down by how this situation has been dealt with. I've been a dedicated customer of Pizza Hut for quite some time now, and I have certain expectations when it comes to the level of service provided by a company like yours. I'd appreciate getting a complete refund for my orders as soon as possible. I would also appreciate an apology for the inconvenience I've been through.
