Pirelli Campaign Card Delayed for 2 Months, Resolution Needed

I purchased Pirelli tires two months ago and was promised a campaign card as part of the deal. Despite repeated attempts to contact both the dealership and Pirelli's central office, I only received the card after two months of constant follow-ups.

Now that I have the card, I am requesting immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure the benefits promised with the card are honored. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Pirelli must take responsibility for this delay and poor service. I expect a resolution without further inconvenience.
