My Refund Request for Michelin Tires Has Been Delayed
On Saturday, October 12, I placed an order for Michelin car tires through the Lastikmevsimi website. During the payment process, I made three separate transactions — the first two payments failed, so I immediately requested refunds for those. The total refund amount I am waiting for is ₺17,523.34, and my order number is 148671.
After these incorrect transactions, I contacted Lastikmevsimi customer service, but I have not received any response or update. No action has been taken, and I am unable to get any information regarding the status of my order or the refund process.
I request that my refunds be processed immediately and that I be provided with detailed information regarding my order status. Since these payments fall under the right of withdrawal and consumer protection laws, I expect my issue to be resolved promptly and my refunds completed without further delay.
