I had four Pirelli tires installed, but within a week, one tire kept losing air, forcing me to refill it constantly. When I reported the issue, the dealer admitted it was a factory defect and promised to send it in for a warranty replacement.
However, after 15 days, the dealer had not even sent the tire to the factory. When I contacted the Pirelli factory, they told me it was the dealer’s responsibility to ship the tire. When I went back to the dealer, they claimed that the factory would pick it up instead. In the meantime, they gave me a worn-out winter tire as a temporary replacement, making my daily commute unnecessarily difficult.
After waiting 1.5 months, the factory informed me that the replacement tire had arrived at the dealer. But when I went to pick it up, the dealer said it hadn’t arrived yet and was still in transit. Clearly, no one knows what’s going on, and I have been stuck dealing with delays and misinformation from both sides.
