CFMOTO 250SR Delivery Delayed for Months

I purchased a CFMOTO 250SR motorcycle and paid in full with the expectation that it would be delivered within twenty days. Despite this, the motorcycle has still not been delivered to its owner after three months. Every time I called the dealership, they assured me that it would be delivered today, that it was on its way, or that it was already on a truck. Finally, they informed me that it would arrive the following day. Despite the fact that the central office has not returned my calls or emails for three months, they have continued to give me false hope. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. If they are unable to resolve the problem, I intend to take legal action.

"Thank you for your interest. The response was very quick. The reason for my 3-month wait was, of course, the negligence of the service. Despite my motorcycle being a 2023 model, it was entered as a 2022 chassis, and the order was suspended because it did not match. Even though a 2023 chassis exhaust was requested, I was made to wait for 3 months for no reason. I was told by the authorities that my grievance would be resolved within this week. I thank them again."
